Fees:
As you will see, with no two weddings being exactly the same and with different couples have different requirements I do not have a set fee. Some weddings can take 7 hours others up to 20 hours!
Some couples desire a rehearsal, some do not. The venue you choose has an impact in terms of what is supplied by the Venue operator and what is not etc. So, the easiest and fairest way is establish a ‘fee’ is simply to contact me to discuss your ceremony and together we can work from there.
It is common practice that a non refundable (if you cancel) deposit of $250 is required within 14 days of lodgment of your Notice of Intent in order to confirm and secure your desired date and time.
Most of the Celebrants in this area support each other, so should I be unavailable on your selected day through some unforeseen emergency I'd be happy to try to find you an alternative Celebrant.
As a Guide: Registry Wedding fees I think it's interesting to compare the cost of a Civil Celebrant and the freedom of choice they offer you regarding venue, ceremony style, time and number of guests with a Registry Office marriage.
At a Registry wedding the Registry provides the marriage vows, the ceremony takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes and you can have up to 12 guests.
A registry wedding during business hours on a Monday to Friday costs $270 ($123 for the lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage and $139 Ceremony fee). For a Friday evening, weekend of public holiday the cost is $352.00 ($123 for the NOIM and $217 Ceremony fee).
